Q: How many people can we tour at one time?
A: We tour couples, families and if needed, have multiple guides for large groups.
Q: Are there any pricing specials throughout the year?
A: Absolutely. All specials can be found by clicking on the Tab "Seasonal Specials".
Q: How many hours do most people book a Private VIP Guide Tour for?
A: Guests spend on average 6 to 8 hours a day with their Private VIP Guide. We have a six hour minimum when booking our Guides. Exceptions can always be made if your family utilizes a split-day itinerary.
There are exceptions to the 6-8 hour days and this is when we know the day will require less than six hours for an optimal experience, for example Disney's Animal Kingdom, and you are only charged for that day's total duration. The end goal is to provide whatever is best for you and your vacation.
Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: Yes. If you cancel your tour within 72 hours of your scheduled start, you will be charged the four hour minimum, plus applicable gratuities for the guide. Please call us should the need arise.
Q: Are the Private VIP Guides limited to theme park activities only?
A: Our Private VIP Guides are not only theme park experts, but they can also show you the best that Central Florida has to offer. Just ask and we will be glad to assist you.
Q: Do we offer Complimentary Itinerary Planning?
A.Magical Orlando Tours can help with itinerary planning at no additional charge for the dates you are hosted by one of our VIP Private Guides as we consider it an important part of your VIP Tour experience.
This includes preparing an optimal itinerary that provides information on the least crowded parks each morning and evening, very important, and reserving your dining and activities before you arrive.
Crowd levels at the parks vary quite a bit depending on the day of the week, special events, and holidays. Please let us advise you on an optimal order of parks regardless if we are hosting you on all of the days or not.

Q: Can our Private VIP Guide be with us for multiple days on our vacation?
A: Yes.Your Private VIP Guide can be with you whenever you feel their services are needed. Guides have stayed with teens and watched kids at the pool while mom and dad have done their thing. Magical Orlando Tours is there for you.
Q: Do we receive front of the line privileges?
A: No. Our Private VIP Guides know when the least crowded times are to visit attractions. We are experts in how to utilize to the fullest the electronic Fast Pass system. The average wait time for our families is far below the average regardless of how busy the parks are.
Q: Why is it beneficial to have a Private VIP Guide help us experience the Walt Disney World Parks, Universal Studios, or Sea World ?
A: Our Private VIP Guides have experienced every attraction at the local theme parks. They know where to go, when to go, and do their best to help you to maximize your time in the parks. We have spent many hours in the parks, and we research all policy and procedure changes to make sure that we are aware of anything that might impact your experience.
Q: How do your prices compare to the Private Premium VIP Tour that Disney offers?
A: Here is a direct quote from the Disney Website.

Q: Is there a Gratuity for the service provided?
Our Guides take pride in providing your family with an outstanding theme park experience. They view the Gratuity as a reflection of how you felt about their service. The customary Gratuity in our field is 20%.
